The Application is intended to provide a digital solution for small business owners to manage their employee attendance, advances, and payroll settlements.

- Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as your employees' data. This includes employee names, phone numbers, salary details, attendance records, and transaction history (advances and settlements).

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This is done through third-party services as detailed below.

The primary purpose of collecting your data is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and personalized experience. We use the information you provide to:
- Operate and maintain the core functionality of the Application (e.g., calculating salaries, tracking attendance).
- Secure your account and the data you store within it.

- Display relevant advertisements in the free version of the Application through Google AdMob.
We do not share the personal or employee data you enter into the app with any third party for marketing purposes.
